Apps

I will be taking my iPad with me and will be using some Apps offline to help me organise the trip.

I use http://www.tripit.com it’s free version is sufficient for my needs and it integrates with maps, emails, your calendar and much more to keep all the information you need in one place.

Where I have found Free Guide Apps I have included them on the Port Page. the mini Guides for Athens and Rome are very good giving an overview of the site, locating it and then providing a route map.

If you want to save a webpage to view on your Mobile device later then you could use an App to convert the page to PDF.

I use ‘to PDF’ here is a website where you can choose from 10 to PDF apps to suit your needs.
